At Kite Advisory we are a consulting firm who put the customer at the heart of everything. Through our M&A service we help business customers in the small and medium-sized space to understand the value of their company, assess if it is the right time and if so then we can support with all aspects of the businesses sale and help find the right buyer, based on their criteria. ​
We also offer a tailored consultancy service, where we work with businesses to help them achieve their goals, whether that be growth, consolidation or diversification.
John Pett
John worked as a Sales Director within the Direct channels for 15 years, then becoming a Managing Director of a UK Distribution Partner for 10 years, over this time he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.
For the last 8 years John has been a Business Consultant and M&A Advisor, focused on supporting business owners through the entire sales process, from valuation through to exit. He has achieved total equity value of more than £200 Million for these owners.



Nigel Waddell
Nigel is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience delivering growth, driving operational excellence, and leading strategic transformations across the telecommunications and IT sectors. He has successfully led multiple mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side, including founding and scaling his own business before orchestrating its sale to a global Business Services company in 2019.
Drawing on extensive market knowledge, Nigel prioritises cultural fit and strategic alignment in every transaction, ensuring sellers achieve optimal value while buyers gain businesses that complement their vision and ethos.
